Backroad Driving North Bend Washington pt 8

This 12 mile road was longer than I’d thought. At mile 16, I decided to turn around to make sure I made it out of there before it got too late. It was snowing and raining the entire trip, there was a storm on the way. I did not want to get stuck up there for a few days.
I drove back a bit quicker so the trip back was just as interesting to me as the trip in.

This is part of the Mt. Baker National forest in Snoqualmie. We’re driving by the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River. It’s about a 12 mile road, you follow the same road in as you do out. About 10 miles the road turns into a very rough road that you’d need 4 wheel drive to traverse parts of. Large washouts, and running streams crossing the road make it all the more fun to explore. The green moss growing on every tree around lays testament to why people call Seattle “rain city” or the “Emerald city”

I hope you enjoy these videos, I have stopped asking for likes and subscribers in the videos, to make them a bit more appealing, but I would still greatly appreciate your support for my videos by simply liking, commenting and subscribing if you think I am providing value.
I generally put out a new video on Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week.
