20210502 Kings and Queens - The Daily Summation

One of the reasons envy is not all its cracked up to be by some folks, is that envious people often DON'T REALLY KNOW what's going on in the worlds of folks they desire to be.

That's certainly the case for folks with "King" or "Queen" t-shirts.

Somewhere, people got the idea that being a king or queen is some sort of simple thing. The epitome of life being a bowl of cherries.

I VERY MUCH DOUBT, if you asked Queen Elizabeth II, she would (if she were willing to speak openly or honestly) agree with such an idea.

Doing what royals and leaders and influencers of various types do is NOT easy (heck, that's even mildly the case for just doing a video each day).

It's time for people to stop assuming such positions are totally about living a life of ease.

I get wanting to be seen as having the prestige and respect of a king or queen. That said, I very much doubt most folks have ANY IDEA what it really means to BE one.
