US President Joe Biden addresses the joint session of Congress on Wednesday, April 28, for the first time since taking office in January.
The speech comes just ahead of Biden's hundredth day in office and is expected to be focused on the progress his administration has made in delivering on his campaign promises. The Republican response to Biden's speech will be delivered by Tim Scott, the party's only Black senator.
