Learn how to make buttermilk biscuits with lard as well as gravy.

560 grams or 4 cups White Lily self-rising flour (bleached)
1/8 cup baking powder
1-1/2 tablespoon white granulated sugar
1 tablespoon Kosher salt
3/4 cups leaf lard (can substitute shortening or butter)
2 cup buttermilk
