Gluten-Free Banana Cake / Easy and Quick Cake Recipe

Gluten Free Banana Cake

350° 35 minutes

2 C Gluten Free Flour - you can use all purpose as well
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/8 tsp Salt
3/4 C Sugar
1/4 C Brown Sugar - packed
1/2 C Canola Oil
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 Ripe Bananas - mashed
1/2 C Walnuts - chopped

Spray a 9 x 9 pan with cooking spray

In medium bowl mix flour, baking soda & salt. Set aside

In large bowl add sugar, brown sugar & oil, mix well. Add eggs 1 at a time until well combined. Add
in the dry ingredients a little at a time until well mixed. Add nuts if desired.

Pour into pan and bake @ 350° for 35 minutes

Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
