Josh Cantwell has been involved in over 700 wholesale, rehab, rental, foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, short sale transactions, and more recently, has begun raising money for large multifamily projects. Prior to building his career in real estate, he obtained several Financial Securities Licenses and worked as a Financial Advisor. Then in 2004, Josh leveraged his deep experience in capital raising from investors and began investing in real estate full time. Today, as the Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Real Estate Coach and Freeland Ventures, he shares his real world knowledge with thousands of active investors both online and in-person, with over 3,000 students across the U.S., Canada, The UK, and Australia.
