With migrants continuing to cross the Rio Grande on inflatable vessels to enter the US, footage shows a state trooper helping migrants get off a smuggler’s boat and later puncturing the vessel with a knife to seemingly deter the influx. A second migrant boat is turned away after being confronted by state border patrol police.
