God is good all the time 156: Great Expectations

Saturday, wondering what is to become of them. The disciples gather and wait. What is going to happen? Are the soldiers coming for us too? Were we fooled? Was Jesus really who He claimed to be? Is He coming back to us? I am sure these are just some of the questions that the believers were thinking on the day after Jesus died.

They had just witnessed the death of the one they followed and learned from for three years. He did many miracles and healed many different people. And He taught them the meaning of the scriptures and the way they were to be fulfilled. But now they were alone and didn't know what was going to happen. Come and join me as I speculate on what they may have thought and the results of those thoughts.
