Happy Motivation Monday! Let’s talk about work stress and how you can handle it when you feel overwhelmed. I’ve been hearing from a lot of people that they have been stressed out at their jobs. I can totally relate because I’ve been feeling overwhelmed too. We all deal with work stress but it's how we handle the work stress that makes the world of difference. I will share some life coaching skills on how you can decrease the amount of work stress in your life.
