Magnetic Propelled Boat with Reaction Wheel and N52 Neos 2.mp4

The experiment done in the larger plastic water tank sometimes didn't work well because of static charges especially with the spinning plastic wheel on the servo and the plastic food container boat etc. Also the experiment in the 12 inch aluminum pan where it was with the N52 neo magnets had false results in its previous location.

So the 12 inch aluminum pan full of water is not one top of the cover of the plastic storage tank, away from ferrous interference and mostly free from static charge interference from the plastic storage tank.

Thinking that a cube satellite with a reaction wheel and magnetorquer could deorbit using a maneuver like this. It has to have the magnetorquer off center from the satellites center of gravity.
