Inertial Reaction Wheel and Magnet Propelled Boat with Bigger Magnet

In this video the reaction wheel (a 360 degree servo with a wheel) makes the little boat turn while the magnets in the boat also make it turn and combined they drive the boat roughly north.

The magnets are on the inside bottom of the boat on its west side.
