Magnetic Boat with Reaction Wheel in Middle and 4 Neo Magnets

I believe now that when a fixed magnet is turning with the boat from north to south it is not making the boat go.

While the concept is about two competing centers of rotation it is not so much about centrifugal force.

So to leverage this new thought I placed the reaction wheel in the center of the boat so it could turn the magnets to the south end of the boat faster and reduce the amount of time the magnets weren't pushing or pulling the boat.

Also along the same idea is the notion of only turning the boat to one side so that there is less time when the magnet is moving from north to south.

It made a bit of a difference seeing the boat in the last minute 30 seconds of the video going more than 6 inches.
