Ben Suttles is a multifamily syndicator who focuses on value-add, stabilized, and distressed properties. This focus has allowed him to generate over 300% return in just two years on his first multifamily property! Prior to multifamily, he got his start in real estate wholesaling homes but he realized he was basically creating a second job and it would be difficult to scale. Once he found out about deal syndication and he partnered with the right people, he was well on his way making deals. Today, he works with investors on building their personal cash flow and maximizing their returns.
