A Private School In Manhattan Is Warning Their Students Against Using The Terms 'Mom' And 'Dad' Because They Could Be Offensive. Grace Church School In New York City Issued The Warning In Their Guide On 'Inclusive Language.'

Instead Of Using Mom Or Dad The Guide Recommends Saying "Grown-Ups," "Folks," Or "Family." The School Also Suggests Using The Term "Caregiver" Instead Of "Nanny Or Babysitter."

In Addition The School Is Advising Against Saying Merry Christmas, Or Happy Holidays - Suggesting A Person Should Simply Say 'Have A Great Break'

The School Defended The Guide In A Statement Saying,

"If The Boorish 'cancel Culture' Press Wants To Condemn Us As A 'woke ' School, Then We Embrace It.

According To Their Website Grace Charges Nearly $60,000 A Year For Tuition Which Doesn't Include Parent Association Dues, Book, Trip Or Graduation Fees. There Is Also A Non-refundable Enrollment Deposit Required For Each Contract.
