Bands provide a nice flow to generate powerful smooth motion through the surrendering to gravity(falling back at a 45 deg. angle), while rowing with the fall side hand. With weight distribution at around a 65/35 % back to front leg, the one performing the movement will quickly realize the importance of Bodyweight and weight transfer as opposed to brute force, in the effectiveness and efficiency of this movement. This is a great tool for implementing, and improving water movement in their To Shin Do practice. @orlandotoshindocenter
