We need to start the conversation about the long-term effects of having a central "authority" responsible for deciding what is true. My growing concern is the people who are in charge of the modern-day ministry of truth seem to be the biggest purveyors of falsehoods. I feel bad for the younger generations who have no idea how critical thinking and research in necessary in this world to find the truth. It's shocking to me but some part of me thinks people prefer the matrix of lies and they would prefer keeping their head down and going back to sleep. That seems to be the only such large discrepancy between fact and fiction that can prevail. Unfortunately, there was a correction in the world of fake information which was prevented from finishing its work and retiring the legacy media and now that is the only thing you find in the search results. I fear for those who have no idea life is full of lies and truth and the difference is night and day.
