How are we going to save the world? By Spreading Kindness!

In this video I talk about why I believe that spreading kindness and interacting with other people when we go out, beginning with our neighbors, and just talking to them and seeing how they are doing, or maybe inviting them to lunch. They crave the interaction, they just forgot what it was like to go out and do fun things and live in prison inside their own homes. The video also speaks on the topic of loving others near the end.
