I know we all think we know that, but this trauma is crazy for me right now, and I don't want anyone else to have to feel this way, so we have to help them through it when the time comes. For those new here, I am glad you are here. I know what you are going through is scary, but the more you fight it, the longer you will go through it. The universe is guiding you to learn that you can make it through this dark time and will come out a beautiful butterfly on the other side of the cocoon.
