The Decision Came After 'Learning For Justice', A Liberal Education Advocacy Group, Pressured Loudon County Public Schools So Much That They Dropped The Books And Their Annual Dr. Seuss Celebration.

According To Their Website The Organization Describes Itself As A Group That Looks "To Uphold The Mission" Of The Left-wing Southern Poverty Law Center.

They Claim That Dr. Seuss’s Books Are Racist, Anti-black And Tout White Supremacy.

The Group Also Claimed That The Characters Who Were Not White In The Books Were "Subservient" To White Characters.
