"JEET JET?" Bacon wrapped meatloaf

This is another of our family favorites. Make your meatloaf the way you like and wrap it with bacon or follow this recipe.

Ingredients

2-2 1/2 lb of ground meat

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/2 onion

butter

1 packet au jus mix

1 packet onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 425

Cook onions in butter until soft

Mix all ingredients above together except for bacon

Weave bacon together on a piece of aluminum foil.

Place meatloaf on the bacon and flip into a casserole pan.

Place bacon wrapped meatloaf n preheated over for 90 minutes.

When bacon browns, cover casserole dish with foil and finish cooking.

Let it rest for a few minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy!
