UPPER BODY
Main Muscles worked: Pectorals (Chest)
CHEST FLYS
With the use of Resistance Band (or cable machine in the gym) stand facing away the anchor point, set feet solid on the floor and lean slightly forward. Engage the core and lift chest, set arms out to your sides and unlock your elbows. Pull RB toward the front of your chest as if giving someone a big hug, squeeze your pectoral muscles; keeping the same angle on the elbows release back to starting position.
Repeat.
