Seattle, Discovery Park 2018

We woke up to a cold dark rainy day, but we wanted to go hiking, or maybe explore a beach. It’s never a bad time to go on a hike. I suggested we go to Discovery Park to explore the shoreline and old lighthouse. Thao and Sofia love Seafood and wanted to see what grows naturally near us. We grabbed our rain boots and winter coats. My Sony A77 is supposed to be “water resistant” so I didn’t bring any extra rain proofing. Discover park is a great park to explore sea life at. There are areas with large rocks that hold barnacles and Sea anemones, crabs, seals, sea pens and such. The rain was too much for my camera, a lot of my pictures came out bad. The pictures I was able to take I eagerly share here with you (Except the pictures of my wife Thao, she doesn’t want to be seen on the internets).
