Ingredients:
burger sauce:
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice

veggie patty :
2 c cooked brown rice
1 c cooked chickpeas
½c cooked black beans
½c cooked quinoa
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil(into the food processor)
2 tbsp olive oil (to cook patties)

1 lb mushroom
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
1 tomato
lettuce
pickles
1 avocado

Instructions:
1. Mix all the burger sauce ingredients well. Chill in the refrigerator.
2. Chop and slice all the veggies.
3. Sauteed mushroom with butter.
4. Use a food processor to blend all of the veggie patty ingredients. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Shape the veggie patty dough into a ball, then squeeze with your palm.
6. Add 2 tbsp olive oil. Heat the pan and fry patties for 5 min on both sides.
7. Roast the buns on a pan.
8. Smash avocado, sprinkle salt on it.
9. Construct the burger to your liking.

1 c熟鷹嘴豆
½c煮熟的黑豆

1湯匙橄欖油(放入食品加工機中)
2湯匙橄欖油(用來煮肉餅)
1磅蘑菇
1湯匙奶油
2湯匙橄欖油
1個洋蔥
1個番茄
生菜
酸黃瓜
1個鱷梨

作法:
1.混合所有漢堡醬成分攪拌好。在冰箱中冷卻。
2.切片和切碎所有蔬菜。
3.奶油炒蘑菇。
4.使用食物加工機混合所有蔬菜餡餅成分。加入橄欖油,鹽和胡椒粉。
5.將蔬菜餡餅麵團做成球形,然後手掌擠壓。
6.加入2湯匙橄欖油。將鍋預熱,煎餅兩面加熱5分鐘。
7.在平底鍋上烤一下麵包
8.搗碎鱷梨,撒些鹽。
9.根據自己的喜好搭漢堡。
