Pan-Fried Pork Bun/豬肉水煎包

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c water
4 1/4 flour
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp dry milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp active dry yeast

1 lb ground pork
2 tsp salt
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp white pepper
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp oyster sauce
½ c chicken broth
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 green onions

1 tbsp cornstarch
2 c water

Instructions:
1. Follow the bread machine maker instructions to make the dough.
2. Add all seasonings and stir well with ground pork. Slowly add ½ cup of chicken broth to the meat a third at a time, and add sesame oil stir in a circular motion. Refrigerate for half an hour
3. Knead the dough. Push the air out, about five min.
4. Divided the dough into 20 balls.
5. To make the buns, follow the video direction.
6. Heat 3 tbsp oil in the pan.
7. Medium heat. Add the buns into the pan.
8. When the bottom turns brown, add cornstarch water.
9. Cover and cook for 10 min,
10. Turn off the stove. Do not remove lid. Let sit in pan for 3 min(keeps buns from shrinking).

作法:
1.按照麵包機的說明製作麵團。
2.豬肉攪拌加入所有調味料 。將1/3杯雞湯分三次緩慢地加到肉中,並以順時鐘方向攪拌,加入麻油攪拌。冷藏半小時
3.揉麵團,大約五分鐘 ,將空氣排出,。
4.將麵團分成20個球。
5.請按照視頻手法包包子。
6.鍋中加熱3湯匙油。
7.中等火侯。將包子放入鍋中。
8.當底部變成棕色時,加玉米粉水。
9.蓋上鍋蓋煮10分鐘,
10.關閉爐灶。請勿馬上打開蓋子。讓其在鍋中靜置3分鐘(如此麵皮不會收縮)。
