Explanation of the Sunnah Part 7: Small Innovations in Monotheism Become Big Deviations

Be careful of creating small new habits in your worship; be careful of inventing your own methods and theories. If you intend something as worship which is not from the unchanged revealed word of God or His guided prophets, then know that a small innovated act becomes a large act which is very far from Monotheism. The straight path, the path of truth is only that which was revealed from our Creator; and the path is not one we fabricate according to our own innovated desires.
