Rumble Join me today for a follow along LOWER BODY workout! This workout can be done at home or the gym. You will need a pair of dumbbells or any household item will do the trick. Only a couple exercises require weight so if you don't have any weights, no worries! You can do this workout bodyweight only! We'll start off with demos of the exercises and a warm up. Let's get sweaty 💦

WORKOUT DETAILS:

3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off

1. in and out squat jumps
2. forward to reverse lunge R leg
3. forward to reverse lunge L leg
4. invisible medicine ball slams
5. good morning to squat
6. db swings
7. db alternating lateral lunges
