MY RESPONSE: I like how the questioner avoided using the term WHO created God--instead he simply asks how. Well even Richard Dawkins Does not believe this is the actual question. 1) Well Atheist--So who created YOUR CREATOR--THE UNIVERSE?
....... LOGIC ALONE: For anything to exist at ALL, there must be an uncaused cause, a first cause, prime mover, or the unmoved mover; otherwise NOTHING WOULD EXIST AT ALL. At some point in the past, to have a past, an eternal cause must exist to bring everything you see into existence--or again Nothing would exist. Now the God of the Bible claims to be "from everlasting to everlasting." Of course, you probably don't believe that, but even if MY God was CREATED, it still would have nothing to do with our discussion. LOGIC alone again. I do not have to have an explanation, for my explanation (God) if my explanation (God) is sufficient to bring about the cause in question (The Universe, then biological systems--and God said.) For example, if I find a cave painting, I do not have to have an explanation of where the cave painter came from, in order to know that there WAS A CAVE PAINTER--an intelligent agent. Whether the cave painter was himself created, is immaterial, BUT a cave painting is absolute proof of an intelligent cave painter.
....... The only real discussion here, is WHAT IS MORE REASONABLE--OR PROBABLE. Given the fact that just the DNA molecule is "the most sophisticated software program in the known universe (Bill Gates)" precludes ANY possibility that abiogenesis, then MACRO evolution is true. It is a fairy tale for grown ups. DNA is more sophisticated than a 747, the space shuttle, and a cray computer combined, and built at the microscopic level, with a level of complexity that boggles the mind of modern man even today. Yet, your God Nothing called Natural Selection--a mindless, unguided, undirected process--is bequeathed by Atheists with the power to create you and me, and in only 10 to the 18 seconds. Yet this same God of Nothing cannot paint a cave painting, that even a four year old could paint. You actually believe in hogwash, and miracles--but without a miracle worker--a scientific impossibility, strange you would believe this?

2) Then all biological life started (abiogenesis) from that same ROCK that started by the God Nothing--without the benefit of even Natural Selection--a mindless, unguided, undirected process--or time. Each biological entity--even down to the bacteria, would require trillions, upon trillions, upon trillions--cant say trillions enough, OF changes, and in only 10 to the 18 seconds.
