One of the best pan sauces is a Sherry Shallot sauce. This is such a great addition to any steak, and it is a super simple homemade steak sauce. It is creamy, has the perfect tang to complement the steak, and offers a sweetness from the grilled shallots. You've got to try this.

Next up is a simple Herb Butter Sauce. The flavor of butter on top of steak is...simply amazing. We take that up one notch by adding some fresh herbs. You can choose any herb that compliments the rest of the meal. Be creative! Any way you do it will surely please the crowd.
