Leavenworth After Dark 2015.
The title is very significant to me, because my sweet wife and daughter just arrived in American from Vietnam 3 weeks before this trip. They’d never seen snow “in real life” so I wanted to take them someplace memorable. Leavenworth Washington is a destination for most people living in Washington State, it’s up in the mountains, has snow most of the winter, and has a German town theme to it.
I had a Sony A77 DSLR at the time and was so busy driving and showing my wife and daughter the sights that I barely touched the camera. Thao my wife is the primary photographer in both of these videos.
We took so many pictures that I needed to split the slideshows into 2 parts. First part is a few pictures of driving up to Leavenworth with the rest being the small town of Leavenworth during the day. The second slideshow is the pictures taken at night, I apologize, I didn’t change the settings so most of the pictures are pretty bad, probably the worst slideshow yet. I promise as soon as it shows up there this year, I’ll go back up and update you all with a new slideshow.Show more
