Portable Wash Plant - Designed for materials with heavy clay content

This client came to us with an idea. They wanted to incorporate a high pressure wash system into a portable wash plant. Their feed material has high clay content. It is present in sizes similar to aggregates. In a traditional wash plant, this clay get sorted by the wash screen and ends up in product piles. When these aggregates are used to make ready-mix concrete, the clays breakdown and change the gradations and strengths.
