SENIOR FUN & FIT
A 30 minute fun low impact cardio & strength class. We use light weights for the strength portion most times but may also use resistance bands and/or mini loop bands from time to time.
Option to use chair for support as needed or to work out FROM the chair if you want to.
This class is also great for beginner exercisers at any age.
