QSTRONG Leg Day Sample
This is a sample of my live on zoom QSTRONG class. It’s focus is pon strength building and muscle “toning”. This is for anyone who has basic knowledge and safety of lifting. You choose your weight using body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, or any kind of weight that will do the job.
QSTRONG goes 5 days a week. Each class is around 30-35mins.
Monday & Thursday - Lower Body
Tuesday & Friday - Upper Body
Wednesday - B.A.G. (Buns, Abs & Guns)
We go 8 weeks at a time and week by week we work toward progression as you feel fit and ready.
