Embracing Pizza Dough Keto

This a journey in Keto. Recipes, conversations, and information One of the hardest thing to give up is Pizza. So after getting on Keto and watching a lot of videos I started making my own. This video is just a basic keto pizza but it is very easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:

Fat Head dough
Marinara Sauce
Pepperoni (or ingredients of your choice)
1 cup of shredded cheese of your choice. You can more less depending on your taste.

DIRECTIONS:

First set your oven on 425. Then put parchment paper on a pizza stone or thin baking sheet. Put your Fat Head dough on the parchment paper. With a second sheet of parchment paper roll out your dough to the thickness you like. The parchment paper keeps your dough from sticking to the pan and the rolling pin. Then put your pizza in the oven for about 8 min. Then take it out and flip it over and take remove the other paper. Put it back into the oven for about 10-12 min. Or until golden brown. Then spread you sauce on as thick or thin as you like. Add your toppings. If you have toppings that need to be cooked, cook them ahead of time. Then add your cheese. Put it back in the oven just long enough to melt the cheese.
