The middle of January is not the best time to go to the Zoo, But, Sofia was on winter break, and asked to go to the Zoo. Most animals are not out during the cold winter days, so we didn’t see too many animals.
Sadly the camera doesn’t work too well in extreme cold. I was having issues with it all day, but as you can see I still go to some great shots. The Woodland Park Zoo has an indoor Carousel, we sought shelter from the cold in there for a while. I’m going to make an entire video on that. Overall we had a great day out, we were dressed for the cold and made the best of it. If you are wondering, we were in Seattle, it snows sometimes, but rarely sticks to the ground. This was one of those days a lot of snow in the air, nothing on the ground. Still, it made for some good photography.
