2014 Seattle Waterfront pt 1

2014 Seattle Waterfront Pt 1. Why do I date these videos? Well do you see the 2 level freeway in the background of a lot of waterfront pictures? It was torn down in 2019 and 2020. These are now historic photographs of the Seattle waterfront, so I date them to give perspective. I fully expect to see these pictures on the internet, and whatever “you tube” turns into in 20 years. The Seattle waterfront is constantly changing and evolving. It’s always good to have a date to tie down that moment in time. In this part of Seattle, the Space Needle is a dominating feature, popping up all over the place like a familiar yet uninvited guest. So I embrace it and capture it from all angles I can find it.
