Texas Style Brisket. Eat It! BBQ Style. Keep It Smokin'

I smoked this brisket on Christmas day 2020. The high was 19 degrees and we had around 6 inches of snow. It came out tender and tasted amazing. Very minimal trimming! It was on the pit for 10 hours around 290.
