Join Jennifer Dixon certified Pilates Instructor, ERYT 500 and Authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher for this quick core and upper body burner!
Today we will really get those tummy muscles on fire with some twists to mat pilates exercises. You’ll also get a few good stretches found in both yoga and Pilates for a fantastic upper body workout.
Grab a weighted pole, light weights, or wrist weights (or no weights at all!) and prepare to feel the fire!
Be sure to subscribe to our channel for more workouts, where you’ll build strength, flexibility, and endurance but be gentle on those joints.
