Vietnam: Tao Dan Park in Saigon 2019

In Downtown Saigon, or Ho Chi Minh city, there are a number of beautiful parks. This park is Tao Dan Park, This is my second visit to Tao Dan, There’s always something interesting going on in this park. We visited the park during The Tet holiday, or the Lunar New Year. The park was a flurry of activity while we were there. There was a flower show, a Bonsai tree show, an incredible food court, play areas and a carnival for the kids, an arts and crafts show, a gem show, and an outdoor aquarium. There was a stage set up for outdoor performances, and great music playing throughout the park. It was a great day there, so much excitement, so much happiness. I would love to visit Tao Dan Park on a very quiet day, I bet it’s a nice peaceful and relaxing park. The pictures in eth beginning of the slide show were the Ho Chi Minh local government building, the Post office, at one time the most important building in all of Saigon, and the Catholic Church, currently being renovated.
