30 Minute Yin Yoga Flow For Hips/Legs
Hi! I'm Amanda. Thank you for joining me today! This session is a slower flow (poses held for 3 minutes each) that will target the hips and legs. One of the benefits of Yin Yoga is improved flexibility, and unlike restorative yoga, a sensation will be felt in the targeted areas while holding the poses (if the pose is too intense, please come out of the pose and rest in child's pose). Yin should be performed "cold", meaning before muscles are engaged in activity such as workouts, possibly first thing in the morning or right before bed. That said, let's grab our props and hit the mat!
