Flower Essences for Emotional Healing

In this lesson, I explain the benefits of flower essences in emotional healing. I discuss what flower essences are, how they are made, how to use them and why I believe they work. I also talk about why I don't think they are placebos. I discuss seven flower essence blends I created, that are sold by Nature's Sunshine Products. (I do not receive any kind of royalties or financial compensation on these products.) I'm discussing them mainly because they are very powerful and easy to use, plus they allow me to talk about some of my favorite flower essences.
