Vietnam: Dai Nam Wonderland Water park 2019

There are a few waterparks and Theme parks in Vietnam, you have to specify the city to get a good impression of what the park looks like in search engines. I DIDN’T KNOW THAT !!! When I started looking for things to do in Vietnam before my first trip. So once there with my brand new Fiancé, I asked her if there are any theme parks or water parks in the area. First time I went there back in 2015, we were there for about 2 hours, running through to see all we could see in a hurry. This time I did more research, we took the entire day and STILL didn’t see everything. What an awesome place.
We showed up early in the morning to take pictures without any people. The park is empty in the pictures because we are so early. I would have loved to see it full of people too, but we just didn’t have enough time. Still 2,700 pictures in all for the day I think we saw a great amount of what was there.
Entrance to the Theme park, with the water park and exhibition race tracks included is only $15.00 per Adult, half that for kids. The park had water sprayers, and mist machines through the park. It’s usually hot, but a lot of the park has shade, including most major walk ways. I didn’t try any food or beverages there, but I hear they are good and inexpensive.
If you want to see everything there, you can probably do it, but if you want to enjoy any of it, be selective and plan on going back some time. It’s too hard to see everything in one day.
The Water park is a park for smaller children, but still very enjoyable for adults. You can buy a bathing suit there if you forget one, they are ugly, but cheap. It’s a large wave pool, there are floating tubes, and a few slides. The atmosphere there was so warm and inviting, it just made you want to sit down, relax people watch and enjoy the moment. Unfortunately I was so focused on taking as many good pictures I could to share this place with the world, that I probably made it much less enjoyable to my family. They were extremely gracious, they allowed me to wander and go click happy to my heart’s content.
“Click happy” that’s a term I discovered when I found myself someplace taking pictures getting so involved, that I lose track of time. I guess it’s a photographer’s type of being in the groove.
I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I did taking them. Please comment below and let me know your ideas, comments, constructive criticisms, and feelings in the comments section below.
