Santa Fe SD45-2 bicentennial 5701 Ho scale Locomotive project update

I have been working on this locomotive for a long time it will take even longer to overhaul as I call it. This project has been challenging to say the least I love these models if can make the last even longer then that's what I will do. now this locomotive was sitting in the closet for a year and hasn't run but nowt that I got a replacement cab that matches paint wise and everything I have started up the overhaul again now what I need to do to it is install a new decoder and keep alive current capacitor.
