If you want to limit consumption of sugar you need to consider a share of all carbohydrates in your diet. Sugar is, no doubt, the most harmful substance among them. You may say that you do not eat sugar at all but you are mistaken. All products have some amount of sugar in this or that form and to exclude it all together you need to eat bread and water only. Though there is some sugar in bread too.
