Yirgacheffe roasted 6 Days ago (Had to grind little coarser because on Shot bevor, i hitted 9.3Bar and i like to be in the 8.0 - 8.7 Bar range.
kept in Glas filled with Argon for degasing
Roastinggrade was Tonino 94 - My Wife wanted a "kakao" tasting Yirga.
Roastingtime was 10:15
Shot on SCAE Espresso Chart TDS-9.7 and EY-19.8
