Steaming-Power on La Marzocco Strada EP-1 (why burn Fingers? use Thermometer!)

I like to use a fast, digital Thermometer to steam Milk.
I always use fresh, raw Milk from local Farm for our own consumption.
The Pitcher stays on the Machine-Drip-Try (i do not hold or lift it)
First Strech to about 25°C than i lower the Steamwand than i let it roll until 60°C

I know, that for pasteurize it would need 72°C for 15Sek and i "only" heat it up to 60-62°C.
Knowing that over 55°C E-Coli and Samonella Stems have a hard time to survive, that is good enough for us.

The Latte/Cappuchino were poured by my self, still in wakeup-mode ;-)
(10 min. after Wakeup in still dark Morning.)
The Strada is turned on, by Sonoff (16A) and eWeLink-App.
