When ordinary potatoes are tastier than meat!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
500-600g of peeled potatoes.
Slice thinly.
Or grate on a slicer.
Potato salt and spices (to taste).
Provencal herbs (to taste).
3-4 cloves of garlic.
50g melted butter.
Mix well.
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Lay out the potatoes.
Bake for 40 minutes at t 170-180C.
FinBon Appetit!ely chop 100g bacon.
Fry the bacon in a dry skillet for 3-5 minutes.
Place the bacon over the potatoes.
Sprinkle with dried or fresh rosemary.
Send again to the oven for 15 minutes.
Bake at t 170-180C.
