BANANA AND NUT LOAF (For Tea Cake or Pudding)
Fruit Recipes (1907)

1 cup crushed banana pulp
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup oatflakes
1 cup cracker or bread crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp butter
2 tsp baking-powder
1 tsp salt
Flour
To one cup crushed banana pulp add one cup each of
chopped nuts, grated cocoanut, oatflakes and cracker
or breadcrumbs, and one-half cup sugar. Into this sprinkle
two teaspoons each of butter and baking-powder, one of salt,
and sufficient flour to bind together in thick batter. Bake
in moderate oven forty-five minutes.

Banana and Nut Loaf (Made Paleo)
1 cup banana pulp
1 cup chopped nuts (pecan or walnut would be great)
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup arrowroot starch/flour
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp coconut butter (plain or butter flavor)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
Bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
