Shrimp Fried Rice/蝦仁 炒飯

Ingredients:
Marinade shrimp:
1 lb Shrimp
½ tsp Soy sauce
¼ tsp Salt
1 Egg white
1 tsp Corn starch

½ c Chopped onion
¼ c Chopped carrot
¼ c Peas
2 Eggs
3 tbsp Oil to fried egg
3 tbsp Oil to fried shrimp

1 tbsp Butter
4 c Steam cooked rice
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black pepper
2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Chicken powder
Green onion option

Instructions:
1. Marinade shrimp.
2. Chop all the vegetables.
3. Beat 2 eggs.
4. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Fry eggs, onion, carrot and peas. Take it out and set
aside.
5. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Fry shrimp. Take it out and set aside.
6. Heat 1 tbsp butter. Add steam rice in and stir well. Use the spatula to
break down the big pieces of
rice.
7. Add all cooked vegetables, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, chicken
powder, shrimp, soy sauce, oyster sauce stir well with rice.
8. Sprinkle green onion on the top.

蝦仁炒飯
配料:
醃蝦:
1磅蝦
½茶匙醬油
1/4茶匙鹽
1個蛋清
1茶匙玉米澱粉

½c洋蔥
¼c胡蘿蔔
¼c豌豆
2個蛋
3湯匙油煎蛋
3湯匙油炒蝦仁
1湯匙奶油
4 杯
1湯匙蠔油
1茶匙醬油
1茶匙鹽
¼茶匙黑胡椒
2茶匙大蒜粉
1茶匙雞粉
蔥依個人喜好

作法:
1.醃製蝦。
2.切所有蔬菜。
3.打2個雞蛋。
4.3湯匙油。煎雞蛋,洋蔥,胡蘿蔔和豌豆。取出並放在一邊。
5.加熱3湯匙油。炒蝦。取出並放在一邊。
6.加熱1湯匙黃油。加入飯,攪拌均勻。 7.加入所有煮熟的蔬菜,大蒜粉,鹽,黑胡椒粉,雞肉粉,蝦,醬油, 蠔油拌飯。 8.在頂部撒上蔥。
