In this episode, Hamilton alludes to good governance as the determining factor to the likings of the people, defends the proposed constitutions ability to enforce its laws through institutions rather than violence, and finally discounts dissenters by conceding that all humans are flawed and that reason alone doesn’t justify rejecting the proposed constitution.
