God created and maintained this world in such a way that it proves He is Jehovah Jireh. God will provide. (Genesis 8:22; Genesis 22:14;) Shows that incredible way creation is endurable and enduring. Yes, as long as the earth endures, we have seedtime and harvest, we have cold and heat, summer, fall, winter and spring, and our day and night never ceases. God maintains what He created and out of the seed of everything we plant, grow and eat, comes more seed. (Psalm 145:15-16)Have you ever eaten a cantaloupe and seen the seeds inside of it… an apple, cucumber, pear, green beans, peas, tomatoes, broccoli, lettuce, all these go to seed and you can plant them again and again. We are provided for in such a magnificent and glorious way. (Matthew 7:11) Just watching the progression of a spring garden as the seeds are put in the ground and the little sprouts come up. It is beautiful to see the evidence of God’s Provision for us. He is so good to us. That is why we stand in Awe and Adoration of our Jehovah Jireh. He supplies all our needs (Philippians 4:19) according to His riches and glory and it is more than we could ever hope for or imagine. He is so incredibly good! When I walk through a summer garden and see the hand of His Provision,(Matthew 6:31-32) I do not worry about what shall we eat. I will always have seed to plant and harvest time and time again. God has a plan for us, our Provider and He made a way for us to plant seed, garden, till and water and eat the harvest He provides. (Psalm 23:1) When we seek God, and wholly-holy Adore Him, in vital-vertical personal relationship with Him, we lack no good thing.(Psalm 34:10) God is so gracious and merciful to us, we often are given things we have not earned or do not deserve because of His mercy, which is new every morning. God is a part of our Great God Adventure here on this earth, He is Omnipresent, He sees us, and is very aware of our need. God blesses the work of our hand, this is seen so clearly in the summer gardens that we plant and tend. (Deuteronomy 2:7) Our Provider is incredible in so many ways and we can see that in the many animals that do not sow or reap, but He takes care of them.(Luke 12:24) Gardening is one of the many ways we see the miracles of God and we partake in His Provision. Everything is changing so rapidly. How do you steady yourself in times such as these?? Making decisions is much harder because everything we know and knew, seems to be shaking. These are such unsure times and when we do step out, it feels like we are stepping out on shaky ground. Our future does not look like it will go the way we planned it. There is a lot of instability in our cultures. We look and we see negative changes for the worse, in our chaotic culture. So if we need to navigate through a tight channel to find our way through, the navigational buoy helps keep us on track, so we can safely go through the channel even if the inlet is a frenzy of chaotic cultural change. There are people in our time, terrible people, doing awful things as they are directed by evil, wanting to hurt and destroy us. People in our time are evil as they are serving no power higher than self corruption, and this causes grave consequences in our lives, and we have to face hard things that we never even had begun to imagine having to deal with. But GOD, He is with us, He is the red buoy in the inlet of blue evil, He is the only One who can and will lead us out to safety. We can find our way out of every rough situation as the Spirit of God guides us with His discernment and as we listen up to Him. God is always available to us and He charts our course safely out of stormy, and very rough channels, thwarting very evil plan to crash our boat and bringing us safely into the open sea and out of the chaos of a wild inlet. God makes a way for us where there seems to be no way. Jesus is our Deliverer and will stand in front of us when the enemy comes in like a flood and we can’t take another step in safety. We are never dead ended, because God finds us a good path out of evil traps laid for us, as He never leaves us nor forsakes us. If our culture is chaotic in the mediatic false frenzy which evil has stirred up, God makes a way of truth for us. There is never a time where we will not know our next step as Jesus shines His light of truth through the darkness of deception ahead of us. We will never be boxed in by the enemy of our soul as we stay in followship of God. It doesn’t matter how much deceptive havoc our enemy stirs up, or how much muck and mire the people enticed by evil greed throw out on us, the Holy Spirit of God will lead us through, protecting us, cleansing us, keeping us, and giving us the favor we need to succeed. Even though greed is followed up by injustice nipping at its heals, we serve a God of Justice, Who can and will make the crooked places straight, and thwart the evil plans of our enemy. Yes, because people have lost their way and have served no power higher than themselves, we have unsure times, but we can have a firm foundation when we step out in Christ Jesus, our identity wholly-holy in Him. He is our Way-Maker. There is never a time that we have chosen followship of God, that we will be lost, betrayed, forgotten, or forsaken. Jesus Christ is our anchor, and He is the buoy we can follow to safely to make our way in a world where all our societies are in chaos, stirring up whirlwinds which create unsure times, with currents that can carry us away. We can stop drifting away from God in times such as these, if we are anchored in Christ Jesus, He is an anchor that will hold. Let be, be still and know He is God. #1MinuteEncouragement I AM doing this MY Way says the Lord! God is doing things His way in times such as these. Will we trust Him? I know for me, this season of cultural chaos is so far out of my comfort zone it makes my head spin and my heart flutter with anxiety. I don’t know if I can handle the change occurring in our culture, it feels like it is more than I can bear. I know GOD, I believe in Him, so I also know that this is a time for me to stretch my faith, to change my believing of God, to believing God. God said: I will never leave you. Times may be hard, but I am with you. I will not give you more than what you can bear without making a way of escape for you. God has asked us for His trust. It feels like the whole world is in a whirlwind, just spinning out of control. Yet I also know, God is in the whirlwind. For me, I need to stay in followship of God in times such as these, I need to stay away from the cultural whirlwind, so I don’t unintentionally drift into it. What does that mean? I can’t focus on the whirlwind, I need to put God as the centerpiece of my soul, so He can calm my emotions with His peace that surpasses all of my understanding. Let go and let God navigate me. This will keep me anchored to His reality of Truth, so I don’t fall into the whirlwind of fake reality, the deceptions so prevalent in our culture. I believe God will make a way for us to side step the whirlwinds of our time, as we simply-significantly stay heart to heart with Him, in vital-vertical relationship with Him, wholly-holy entrusting our lives to Him. A brand new life season has begun. I pray for God’s blessings on us all. Sometimes our new life season starts out needing our hearts dredged by God. We step out of the previous life season with our state of affairs not so good and we dread the new life season because of it. The best thing for us to do as we begin a new life season battered by the old one is to yield… yield to God. God is the only one who can dredge out the old and leave behind something amazingly new. Yielding to God is a good thing. Actually we can’t fix the things of the past, we can only I’ve well in the present from moment to choice. It is hard to leave unfinished business behind, especially if it is left in a mess because of the corruption of others. It is hard to traverse into something new, when the old seems to haunt us. That is why we need to yield to God. Step out into the new life season surrendered wholly-holy to God. In this yielding to God in this surrender of our will and way, there is not doubt about it, we will be navigated in that way only God can. God will intersect the old and the new and bring forth His purposes in our life, intervening for us in miraculous ways. God is doing something new and if we dread it, and if we step out with doubt, fear and disillusionment into the new, it won’t go well for us. But if we yield to The Fixer, the only One who can transition us from a broken life season to a new life season, in that way we can’t even begin to wrap our minds around, imagine or hope for, we will experience God Intervention. So as we all start a new life season, let’s make the right choice to yield to God, to be navigated by Him. As we do, as we yield to God, we will step into the flow of His purposes, provision and protection and there is no better way to live, no better Great God Adventure. God bless you! Yield!
